Searches for Etumax mix up several products, so check the exact pack before you compare prices:

• Etumax Royal Honey VIP for him, 12 x 10g: this product, in stock.
• Etumax 20g sachet: a similar-looking box with heavier sachets. We do not stock it, and its price is not comparable with the 10g box.
• Etumax Royal Honey for Her: a separate product for women. We do not stock it.
• "24 sachets x 10g" listings: check the brand on the box. Our 24-sachet box is Black Horse Vital Honey, a different brand.

What is in the box

• 12 single-serve sachets, 10g each (120g per box). This is the 10g version, not the 20g sachet.
• The label lists honey as the base, with Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) and Panax ginseng among the ingredients. The nutrition panel is below.
• Imported from Malaysia. The batch number and production date are printed on the box and on each sachet.
• At the current sale price a sachet works out to about Rs 710.

How to use and store it

• Follow the directions printed on the box. One sachet is one serving; do not take more than one in a day.
• Do not combine it with other honey sachets, delay sprays or any erectile-dysfunction medicine.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children. Use by the expiry date on the box.

Safety notice

Health regulators abroad, including the US FDA, have tested honey sachet products sold under names such as Etumax and Royal Honey VIP and found undeclared prescription drug ingredients (sildenafil or tadalafil). These can react dangerously with heart and blood-pressure medicines, especially nitrates taken for chest pain. See the FDA list of tainted honey products and talk to your doctor before using any product of this kind. In October 2026 Spain's food-safety agency (AESAN, alert ES2026/606) also ordered the withdrawal of a product sold as Etumax Royal Honey after sildenafil and tadalafil were found; that alert names no batch or pack size. Who should not use it

This is not a medicine. It is for adults only. Do not use it if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you take nitrate medicines or other heart or blood-pressure medicines. People with heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes or any other illness, and anyone taking medication, should talk to their doctor first. Do not give honey to infants under 12 months. How to check the original pack

• The outer box arrives sealed and undamaged, with clean printing.
• The batch number and production date on the box match the print on every sachet.
• Each sachet is fully sealed, with no leaked honey in the box.
• The sachet says 10g. A "12 sachets" offer that does not state the weight is not the same product.

If anything looks wrong when the parcel arrives, do not open the sachets. Send us photos within 24 hours and we will sort it out under our return policy.

Delivered price, no advance payment

You pay cash on delivery, anywhere in Pakistan, with no advance. Delivery is free on this product. Some sellers ask for an advance of Rs 500 and then add Rs 350 to Rs 500 delivery, so compare the delivered total, not the sticker price.
