At Desi Nectar, we take pride in providing you with pure, organic, and wholesome food products. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the quality of our goods. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, our Return and Refund Policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food items and strict hygiene standards, we generally do not accept returns on opened products. However, you are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  1. The wrong item was delivered: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  2. Damaged or Leaked Packaging: The product arrived with a broken seal, a leaked bottle, or damaged packaging.
  3. Spoiled or Expired Goods: The product is found to be expired or spoiled upon opening.

    Note on Natural Variations: Since our products are organic and free from artificial preservatives/additives, slight variations in colour, texture, or taste may occur between batches. This is a sign of purity and is not considered a defect.

2. Reporting an Issue

To initiate a return or claim a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Your Order ID.
Clear photos or video of the damaged/wrong item.
A brief description of the issue.

3. Refund & Exchange Process

Once your complaint is verified by our team, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  1. Free Replacement: We will dispatch a fresh replacement unit to you immediately. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
  2. Full Refund: If a replacement is not available or desired, we will process a full refund for the item amount.
  3. Store Credit: We can issue a coupon code for the refund amount to be used on your next purchase.

4. Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the claim is approved. We support the following refund methods for our customers in Pakistan:

JazzCash / EasyPaisa

5. Order Cancellation

  1. Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to the courier/rider. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
  2. After Dispatch: Once the order is on its way, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse the delivery at the doorstep without a valid reason (damage/wrong item), you may be restricted from future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Desi Nectar will bear all shipping costs.
  • If you wish to return a non-perishable, sealed item due to a change of mind (subject to approval), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges to our warehouse.
